All orders are performed on a  payment-first basis until credit has been established. Credit terms will be provided upon request.  All orders shall be subject to client executing ArtisanScans’ Printing Agreement, which includes a description of the type of work requested and price quotation. Prices will vary depending upon the type of original submitted by client (original artwork, transparency, or digital file).


Requests to remake any image must be made within 5 working days of receipt. Remakes requesting changes from that originally requested will be charged at regular rates, as well as  remakes caused by unclear or incomplete instructions.


Charges for reorders, if made within 15 days after completion of an order will be charged at 10% of the original charge.


Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client and will be quoted at time of order. Delivery outside of SF Bay Area will include additional charge for packaging expenses.


Service time will be determined at time of order, and will be dependent upon type of service, and workloads. Normal turn-around time is 5 days after approval of proofs. Rush service is available at additional charge, quoted at time of order.
